Sodium Chloride Water as Solvent?!

Ok this is like the fifth version of this question I've asked, so sorry if its sounding monotonous.

I got some sodium chloride water and i'm wondering if i can use this in place of regular sterile water as a solvent for my HCG. It contains 9mg of NaCl per mL. I'm just wondering if this will somehow affect the HCG and make it useless.

not real sure but it has a molarity of .155M so it is a fairly strong solution. I think used to clean cut and stuff it is just SALT water but I don't think I would mix it

So, where would one find a .22 mircron syring filter?

Oh yeah... the bacteriostatic water also has .009 mL of Benzyl Alcohol per mL.

That is just normal saline...it is used in hospitals as IV fluids for people pre and postop sometimes.
