After watching a show about Tom Ridge and the Homeland Security Act, I have decided that there will definitely be another major terrorist attack.

So where would they likely hit? I would think a high Jewish population/center of finance or a focal point of government or important military installation. I'd say the military installation would be least likely of the three unless they thought they could get a lot of biochem stuff airborne that was already there.

NYC or DC makes the most sense. This will really make things interesting.

Submarines in port are extremely easy and open targets! obviously a submerged Sub in open ocean is not! If A Nuke Sub is breeched and the core is exposed, you have a mini Chernobyl on your hands! The US military, especially the Navy is vunerable to an air attack! We do not have ship bomb shelters as the Germans and others had in World War II! Our superior military is venurable when it is not enganged or is in port or military bases! Example the USS Cole! The Bases are also not true military bases of the past! They each have a specific purpose! Ones for U2's, Ones for B2's etc etc. You don't have the defensive measures as a complete military installation of the past would have! Troops, anti A, bomb shelter facilites etc are minimal.! They are parts of a complete unit! By themselves they are vunerable and together they are strong!
