Yes. Why? becase after 9/11 the US GOV went around arresting every habib, hacbar, and mohamed that looked suspect.

I have been there and done that and the majority of the detainees held by the US, wether it is cuba, Iraq, or afganastan or saudi arabia, are being held without CHARGES. Being held without legal counsel or charges is against everything the US is 'supposed' to stand for.....................so why do they have a double standard? It is LUDACRIS!

That is why all these prisons are "outside" US territory, makes the whole legal issue appear more complicated. I personally believe that the same set of rules apply there as in the US, after all, it's the US that is holding them, so try them and be done with it
