This is my third week of not lifting. That`s a lot for me.

A...........lot!

I`m a lost cause.

shirted today. I've only gotten 170 raw.
I have a custom made inzer poly, open back. as you can kinda tell- my chest and shoulder measurement are not standard. I also inherited a titan shirt (can't remember which one but its one of the top of the lines) but its not custom and i can't tell if its going to work or not.
the guy who had it before me had the same chest and arms, but much bigger shoulders (i have thick arms).
I haven't trained in my shirt in months cause my old gym shut down and i was trying out different gyms before choosing this one and without a workout partner, i had nobody to help me. I'll probably wear an underarmour shirt today so my workout partner (and everyone else in the gym) doesn't get an eyefull.

Yes, I have been a slacker lately and will start back with my 4 a week visits tomorrow morning.. I've been playing Mr Mom driving the salary sucking kid to school in the mornings.

Should I wait for you, or just go ahead and get started when I get there
at 0530 ?

awww, thanks, but thats a bit of an exaggeration. i like benching though.

I go right after work. AND, if you ain't deadlifting your point is moot.
 
Actually I am guilty as charged of doing two sets of leg extensions. But I did do five sets of squats and three sets of box squats. Suckit!

I felt I pussied out a little too much on the last couple sets of squats...could have rest paused out more reps. So I figured hey, I'll do some weenie extensions and go.

i like to warm up up the muscles im going to use for squatting by actually squatting..leg extensions apply more shearing force on the knee then squats do.. :)

Because if you use any kind of weight, you're legs better be damn warm. Not to the extent of pre-exhaustion, just for bloodflow. This arguement is as old as they come. To each their own. :)

well nobody advocates warming up as much as me, but like wnt2bbeast said... you're better off warming up for squats WITH squats.
besides, i don't count warming up as part of my workout.

If you warmed up with those adductor and abductor machines you'd be in the 8's :)
 
Its all squats and deads tonight.. AHHHH ;)
 
Tmill, squats, hacks, donkey kicks, then leg extensions....
For me; best for burn, gain, and the less knee pain.

EDIT....
I do adductors and abductors on misc/ab day.
 
tongiht i'm gonna go do my calves....probably about 18 sets worth, then leg extensions, THEN squats....lol

then sldl's, and ham curls

all you powerlifters are cringing right now.
 
I made a 3 rep kart-wheel PR today. Tonight is gonna be many grueling sets of jumping jacks.

I make alot weird faces doing those. Doesn't feel natural to me for some reason...
