I put up a thread on this about a month ago. Dostinex does not do anything to progerstone. It will suppress the release of prolactin, allowing one to have mutiple orgasms! 
. Seriously. I talked to my sports doc about it. He sits on the IOC drug testing board, so he's very knowledgeable. It will increase sex drive indirectly by supressing prolactin.

It raised it even more than 1200mg of test.
i like dostinex a lot though... worked well to keep the nipple soreness away too. purely based on experience, not science, but experience is what I care about... after all, some drugs work for some but not for others.

What dosage did you guys use? I noticed that it kept me from lactating while on tren, but I didn't notice any sexual benefits (unless it simply kept me from having limp dick while on tren).

for me i used .5 mg every four days for an extended period of time while i was on test 400mg per week/fina 75 mgs EOD/and winny 100mg per day (BD Oral) and gyno wise i had no troubles, ALTHOUGH while running test with my tren ,always, i could never be sure which caused my problems raised prolactin or estrogen because i always seemed to get gyno symptoms toward the latter end of my cycle.....i was also using nolva as well, daily......i experienced NO sexual "sides" good or bad, and also for me dostinex seemed to greatly REDUCE my appetite which made food very hard to down.....and thats from my own experience......peace

dostinex definately increases libido, shortens refractory time between orgasms, and counters deca/tren dick, but the lethargy and headache and constipation and down feeling (not quite depressed but not quite right - just foul) REALLY suck for me. most of my breakups/fights in last year and a half have been when I was doing either dostinex or clomid

This was my understanding as well. The only thing that lower progresterone is ru486

well...from what i understand, prolactin is what causes the progesterone sides of nandrolones (npp, deca,tren). so, if dostinex supresses prolactin and prolactin is what causes the progesterone sides...then if it's used from day 1 of your cycle with either one of these compounds, you don't have to worry about progesterone titties or the limp noodle from tren or deca
anybody use it while taking letro? i'm currently taking letro cause i had an estrogen rebound just before PCT. I have no sex drive at all. sucks cause while i was running test i was bangin' this HOT columbian girl straight thru the nights until sunrise.

There's a lot of disinformation about progestin based steroids. In the absence of prolactin (which Dostinex DOES lower) and in the absence of estrogen (which Aromasin lowers pretty good). Progesterone wouldn't cause gyno symptoms.
BTW: NPP at 800mg every week along with 200mg anadrol everyday did NOT elevate my Progesterone. Not even mutely. Progesterone blood tests was made BEFORE cycle as well as after 2 weeks of 800mg NPP a week and 200mg anadrol everyday. Which would be considered by many to sky rocket Progersterone. But it's not. I also made blood tests on a previous cycle of 250mg tren acetate EOD along with dostinex, progesterone wasn't that high either.
Also, Prolactin levels were extremely low, below the male minimum. That only given 1mg of Dostinex twice a week followed by 0.5mg of Dostinex evey 3rd day and on.
Gyno symptoms were noticable, and I was suspecting the dostinex didn't lower prolacin enough and maybe a progesterone issue. The answer was estrogen. Even at 25mg ed of Aromasin right from the start, it took sometime to lower the estrogen low enough. From past experience and current exeprience, I would suggest Aromasin be taken 2 weeks before the cycle (and I don't care about the plasma half life of Aromasin, it just doesn't build up enough and should be started before). 60mg of nolva cured the symptoms even though I actually increased the anadrol and the npp a bit, yet symptoms gone.
Progesterone is a nice 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor... so it might even save your hair as a side effect...lol It is also very rare to find very high levels of progesterone in men, hence the reason that there is no documentation on the use of PR anatagonist in men. at least as far as i tried to fine.
Take Dostinex as well as Aromasin or even nolva and you'd be fine.
