So, I guess I'm on steroids now....

So I wnet to my doc last week with some issues, and after a blood test, I have very low testoesterone, so today I started Depo injections, 200ml every 2 weeks.

It makes alot of sense, in addition to the issue I went in about I have crazy mood swings, depression, and no matter how much I lift I STRUGGLE to gain mass and the ability to go forward in weight and reps.

Alright, now I have already been using AIFX spray, is this enough to ward off possible gyno and should I continue using it?

I got the injection today, noonish, when should I really notice the effects, both mentally and physically?

Any other advice?

TIA guys,

-Ryan

Ryan you should feel a difference within a couple of weeks. If you feel itchy nipples or any lumps then tell your Doctor more then likely he will prescribe you a AI like arimidex. I have no idea about the AIFX spray.

If your doctor is injecting you then he will take care of the possible gyno problems. Tell him to bump that dosage to 400mg per week! :)

I hate that.. another thing to watch for is crashing towards day 10-12... if you do tell the doc, he may be able to prescribe either dermal for the last 4-6 days before the injection, or more frequent injections..

you sound dejected that he prescribed this for you..

women are prescribed hormone replacement all the time..

just look at it as hey, life will be better for you due to the ability to get treatment for this sort of thing..

Yep watch for the crash, I do bi-weekly of cyp to keep from any crashing at all. How old are you?

I guess I did a little, I'm 25 though so it's a little rough, but OTOH I have high hopes of this fixing alot of nagging issues, or helping greatly, but 27 hrs later I'm still not getting it really good it seems.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Yep, my mom is on HRT. Climara estradiol patches.

Get 100mg injected once a week bro, every 2 weeks causes a greater flucatuation in blood levels. too bad it's not test decanoate or whatever it is. That ester is much longer and is more suited for bi-weekly injections.

Hey guys, I told the nurse I was taking M-Drol and she seemed to say I shouldn't with these injections, that true?

Also, I had slightly elevated liver enaymes, could the mdrol be the issue there?

TIA again,

Ryan

So I think maybe I hit the crash.... It's been since teus morning before last I got the shot, and starting late thur and especiall friday through today, i've been extremely depressed and emotional. To the point of physical illness actually. I've had a lot of shitty rough times but I haven't felt this bad for a long while....

I'm going tomm. to get a new shot, ya guys think I should ask for a weekly shot of 100 instead of a bi weekly shot of 200? Does this souund like the "crash"?

TIA guys...

thats real young for trt. did you see an endo and discuss other means of increasing your test levels? seems quick and drastic to me to go right to trt. if you plan on having kids, i would let your doc know. run trt straight for a few years and fertility could be compromised.
