i got i t done last week b/cause i turned 30. a little family history as to why i got blood work done while on. my family has a history of prostate cancer on both sides(mother and father). so i made a promise to my family that i would do my yearly blood work to look for this when i turned 30. so i get the blood work done and it comes back negatory on the prostate check, and all other cancer checks. well i went ahead and told my doc. to do the full run on the blood. and they did. my triglycerides, comprehensive metabolic panel, cbc, tsh, psa all came back fine. but my cholesterol was elevated. high actually. and i really dont understand why b/cause my diet is clean and i clearly exercise routinly. the only conclusion i can come up with is the gear. and not to mention my test levels were high, doc asked if i was on something or if i was really sexually active. of course i denied the first and confirmed the second. im lookin for some input on ideas where the high cholesterol came from.

AAS will absolutely do a number on cholesterol levels... it's to be expected... you can help bring them back down by taking policosinol and (flush-free) niacin... Nolvadex also helps keep cholesterol in check... finally, make sure you're taking in plenty of EFA's... garlic helps too

I'm confused, I know they cannot detect Cancer through bloodwork. If you know someone that can, Well that would be very interesting

actually they can.. they do it all the time.. as a matter of fact my grandmother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer through routine blood work. and she died one month later on the 7th of this month. its not hte actuall cancer they look for its abnormalities in the blood that lead to or are sighns of cancer.
