so i finally tried the t-rex....

i have to tell you. i was a little bit nervous about taking the stuff due to all of the "I got the shakes" talk. I started yesterday morning, took 1 at 5 am prior to 45 mins of cardio. I felt it but wasnt near the amped feeling was expecting. continued taking 1 again at 1 pm and another at 7 pm. I do feel a little more anxious but nothing too major. I am taking it with levorex, gluco, and sesa the whole damn shabang. I've been on the levo,gluco, sesa stack for 2 months. I have really shed some serious fat. I also started dieting down hard and really keeping track of everything i eat in fitday. since then things have begun to really be noticeable. i'm starting to see abs at the top and cutting up real nice. i only bought the mini trex bottle cuz i wasnt sure if it would work with me. we'll see how this 10 days goes then maybe bump it up. all in all, i'm happy with my results, i'll be stopping all of them when this supply i have has run out, i'll then continue to eat the same and see if in fact it was the dieting alon or the combo of the dieting and the supps. if i could judt remember to take that damn gluco more often prior to eating. i'm getting better though.

heres a link to my fitday journal i've been keeping in case you wanted to see how detailed i've been, the days missing were either cheat days or days i just got lazy. any critics are welcomed.

wow...you took one at 7pm? did you have trouble going to bed?
I never take past 3pm otherwise I be up all night.
 
yeah sure did, and i've continued that for the 2nd day as well. i'm wondering if the effects are working even though I'm not feeling the sides?? everything fine so far.

day 2 much the same, except I added 1.5 cups of caffenated coffee in the morn. prior to cardio. sweating has never been an issue with me due to the amount of water i drink daily.

doses consisted of:
5 am 4 levo, 1 trex
5:30-5:45, 45min cardio
PWO drink ON Pro complex

6:30 1 gluco, 1 sesa
7am breakfast oats

12:30 pm, 4 levo, 1 sesa, 1 gluco, 1 trex
1pm lunch, 6oz. chicken breast or lean beef and 1 cup brown rice

6:30pm 4 levo, 1 trex, 1 gluco, 1 sesa
7pm dinner 7-8 oz. of lean meats with a big pile of veggies, no carbs

thats it for the supps. I do have a 10 am snack usually 1 cup c.c. a 4pm Muscle Milk shake and a 10pm pre bed snack, either casein or 1 cup c.c with 1000mg flax.

seems to be yielding great results

if you read this mac or anybody with experience and think I should tweak here or there let me know. always open to constructive criticism.
 
okay so day 3 & 4 were the same as far as the dosing goes, only difference was my calorie intake. got my boat back so i spent much of the weekend on the water. didnt drink more than 4-5 beers total saturday and sunday but eating habits were a little more loose. still no anxiety or shaking to mention. still taking 1 trex at around 7pm with no sleeping problems. weight has remained constant. i thought about upping the trex to 2 at a time but I've only got a few more so I'll continue with the 3 per day until i run out. almost out of levo as well. after i run out of trex and levo I'll only have gluco and sesa left to work with. so I'll continue to track my progress as I begin taking different supps. i'll keep you posted to those as well.
