Bones are fragile. Seems this BOBO managed to break her 'effin finger. WHAT A MORON!!!!! How the hades am i going to work out missing my ring and pinky finger???? GRRRRRRR And it's not broke near the nail it's broke below the main knuckle...like palm/back of hand area. So yeah, no pressure and no picking up anything. :confused:

Bummer. I hope you heal up quickly. Nothing wrong with a hiatus; better that than to screw up the bone-knitting, so be sure to follow doctor's orders and take it easy.
 
Awww.... how'd it happen? :( Be careful ... it might suck to take a short break, but it would suck MORE to be out longer because you were impatient... :)

I'll send you some fast healing vibes.....

Seriously on the legs. You are more than welcome to ry my little warmup routine:

1) up the stairs (from the lower weight room to the main floor), 2 stairs at a time up, walk down, 1 step at a time -- make sure your feet step flat on each step and not just half a step on your toes but a full step --- like my trainer says - respect the stairs! And do this 10 x. I've been adding dumbbells to the stairs deal but if you aren't able to comfortably hold the weight, just increase the number of "laps".
2) "Genies" -- set up a couple of 25 lb plates on the floor next to each other, and do "sissy squats" (squat form but no weight, no bar), butt to your heels and back up. I don't do these slow, just do them. 8 sets of 8.
3) Walking lunges, hands on hips - across & back 4 x. You can do these on the ramp in the lower weight room. For an even bigger challenge, do each lunge w/ a high step instead of just a regular step.

I do these things every day. :)

Errrrmmm, it's still broked. (<~~~that's what Braylan says) ((my 3yro)) :worried:

Quite frankly it sucks! Slows me down...can't even pee the same these days. Whodathunkit? Heh, nah I guess I'm dealing as best as I can. Lordy you should how I've mastered (heavy sarcasm) writing with my left hand. Good stuff there.

Still kickin' it in the gym tho just cardio and leg stuff. Going to the doc tomorrow for a check up.

I sure do 'precimate you asking about me miss bun bun. :qt:
