so anavar is relatively safe?

It seems from a lot of post and just all around information that anavar is a decent choice among orals. Please correct me if im wrong, but anavar is mild in both anabolic and adrogenic effects, but is less toxic to the liver, less supressive of LH and has less water retention,(i want to point out that im saying less and not no ), but also takes a while longer to actually take in effect so thats why it would be a good idea to go for a 6 week period rather than 4 or 5 weeks but at a somewhat low to moderate dosage. If i did an anavar only cycle for 6 weeks at 40 or 50mg a day, i will see the gains im looking for right? That would be an expensive decision, but if i can afford it, than compared to other mild orals, this would be quite a good choice? I dont want to stack, i dont want to use needles, and i dont want to use more than one cycle. I just want to put on some extra weight in only muscle because the weight im gaining is fat on my stomache no matter how much exercise or heavy workouts i do. Creatine doesnt work all that well, and no legal supplement i can take will give me gains, so yes i am going to do steroids so i would appriciate some advice that is relavant to them and not about how i need to diet and train. thanks in advance...
 
there is an inherent risk to any AAS, but overall, looking at what all a bodybuilder may use as far as steroids.. I would say yes.
 
how do you know it is diet or training related? maybe you ear too little and overtrain? Maybe you dont eat the right stuff? maybe you need a clean diet of protein and proper timing along with cardio?
 
Plan on a PCT or you'll loose all you gain. Overall safety is good with var but it is an aa17 so it is liver toxic and it will mess up your cholesterol profile (it will dramatically drop your HDL). You can take OTC supps to help minimize these effects though. Again don't forget your PCT

what supps do you recomend?
 
So you read up a little about anavar, and you want us to give you the ok. Well it's not going to be that easy.

Without stating your goals and stats it is impossible to answer this, especially since gains are dependant upon individuals.

Injections are easy and, if done correctly, safe. No offence, but if someone can't handle a needle then they shouldn't be doing any gear. Oral only cycles can be far more dangerous than it is to inject yourself. Almost everyone is afraid to stick at first but obviously we aren't afraid to do it many times after that first injection. We aren't because it isn't a big deal like we thought it would be.
I'm willing to bet that you will use another cycle after your first. Myself and many others have said the same thing, but the majority of us have failed this statement.

To put a sufficient amount of lbm on will be dependant of how you eat. If you say that all the weight you are gaining is fat then I would have to assume that you don't have a good diet. By just working out more or heavier will not make or break if you are getting fat. You will need to up your caloric intake, but not more fast food. It will need to be clean calories.

Well it appears that your diet and training need plenty of work. Since you don't care about that, even though it is where most of your gains will be attibuted to either on or off cycle, I will tell you that var at 40-50mg/day for 6 weeks will be subpar for you.
If I were you, and was going to use no matter what, I would use at least 60mg/day for 8-10 weeks since you are expecting miracle gains, which you won't get anyways. Also I would study up on PCT(Post Cycle Therapy) and not shun it off. If you skip your PCT you will most likely lose all your gains(though they won't be much) and possible more.
We aren't using flintstone vitamins here. Steroids are hormone altering drugs that should be selected wisely and taken with caution. Be safe and research more before you go on anything. In the mean time, dial in your diet and training so you have a base for which to work upon.
 
Mrp, I appriciate your feedback extremely. Almost everything you said was pretty accurate, about me i mean. I am not expecting miracle gains at all tho. If i wanted to get real big real quick, i would take dbol, breakfast of champions. I dont need that, and i dont want the water retention. I am not affraid of needles. i could care less. But being my situation, i dont want to have to worry about diposing of the syringe's and shit. but i havent done research on injecting because i guess im being stubourn in the fact that i just want orals because their much easier. Yes i need work on my diet and training, and thats why i asked for only feedback on gear info because im getting my diet and traing takin care of, i just need more info on gear and thats why i have came here which i dont regret so far. All i want is about 10-15lb max. After i use, i will keep my diet and traing healthy, but i will do more of it to either gain more naturally or just keep what i have if im satisfied.

polycosonol, niacin, nolva, sesapure, green tea extract and red rice yeast. I take them all and still had a dramtic drop in HDL. Not into the single digits but down from 82 to 26 in 2 weeks.

for your liver milk thystle, NAC and tylers liver detox
