Snap, crackle and pop

Everytime i move or get up my joints crack, without pain, and i know the reason for this is the winstrol i am taking. Is there anything i can do or take to help lubribate my joints? Oh, by the way i am pre contest right now too.

Are you going to be tested? If not, 200 mg a week of deca might help. Glucosamine/chondroitin has helped me in the past, but it takes like 3 weeks to start working.

Primorose oil will help a little too......but I would go with the joint stuff describe above first!
