Smoking Weed

First of all Please no flames:) Now that we have that strait i want to ask is it ok to smoke weed while on or off cycle and being a BB. I recently decided to stop drinking for a while pluss im starting my cycle... plus i noticed it effected gains very badly (losses) ..ive heard it is ok to smoke weed once in a whiel while on cycle or off with no effects on gain and training. What i am talking about is every 1-2 weeks on a Saturday. Im young and need to relax and have a good time. Bodybuilding is my life but it sure as hell is not the only thing in my life. Everything in moderation.. Ok anyways.. what are your oppinoins on some cassual use once in a while...?

Cannabis does not affect either test or estrogen - so there is no need for a BB to avoid cannabis. Do a search for my posts (keywords: block, cannabis).

The only bad thing about cannabis is that it can demotivate and cut down lung capacity (temporarily). Some people find that cannabis acts a little like ritalin and allows them to better concentrate i.e. achieve mind-muscle connection. Training on weed can actually be very productive. All things in moderation.

I occasionally get baked before really annoying workouts like abs, or cardio...provided that it's not a habit...it's sure better for you than drinking. Bong hits are better than bowls...less smoke to inhale.

All things in moderation...even moderation itself...
 
it hampers me mentally. I feel like it prevents me from growing, probably all mental though, either way I try to keep it at a minimum.
 
I smoke it too much as well:D But I'm cutting down to only before bed during my cycle. I've been puffin' so long I'd be lying if I said it was gonna be easy. I am definitely addicted to THC. And if my first cycle goes as planned. I'm probably gonna have a new favorite drug :D
