Thanks, i know that smoking is bad by itself, i just wasent sure how much worse (if any) it would be with AS...I herd of a laser treatment to help somone quit. Ive been trieng for a while to quit without the laser though. Not pot, i cant smoke that anymore...I halusinate big time on it , just cigs.

As far as the combo of AAS and smoking? I think your wondering if smoking and doing AAS has some ill effect...to a point i beleive, but i have seen and known many smokers that juice..bottom line smoking is bad for you...its proven. Its awesome that someone wants to get into shape, dedicate themselves to the gym and to a diet and decide they are ready to start on AAS...but then you light up..taking years from your life in the process..just not good..but good for you for trying to quit..

I smoke every night... but i damn sure wouldnt if it was like trippin acid, lol.

Just quit smokin cigarettes, period. If you care enough about your body to get in the gym and try to get/maintain the physique you want... why dont you have that kind of will power when it comes to your actual HEALTH. Put the squares down dude.

i sure as hell poke a lot of smot, but i cigs are brutal, they are an appetite suppresent and ive always wondered if they are catabolic. though i used them to break my painkiller addiction they are the devil. tell your gf to make you quit or you get no sex, worked great for me, i told her to deny me of sex if she caught me with it or smelled it, she got serious with it and it worked. sex is much better

you will be sucking on a cigarette the muscle around your lips will bulk up and grow to gigantic proportions.

Dude smoking is foul without doing AAS!
