Fajitas New member Sep 11, 2005 #4 I buy in bulk and cap my own so my doses aren't exact. I use 00 capsules and fill to the brim. Only side effect I have had is when I tried two caps together....Gives me a slight headache throughout the day, 1 capsule is all I need.
