I cant believe Clark told Pete about his abilities. Clark was foolish and his parents were right to be pissed at him.

If the whole thing with Pete in on it now doesnt work they can just kill of Pete easily so it should work for the show.

NO WAY does Lanna need to find out anyime soon that would ruin the show...

Have to agree with you there.

The whole lana not knowing thing makes it more suspensful.

Also, the fact that Pete knows the secret is going to create some friction between Clark/Pete in regards to their friendship with
the blondie. She's bound to see something is afoot. Her reporters radar is quite good.

Pete might actually start earning his paycheck now. His character didn't really do/mean much in the first season. Could have taken him out and I wouldn't have noticed he was gone.

Curious though... why hasn't Clark tried to see into the spaceship? Is it lined with lead or something? =)

Next week's episode looks like it might involve the mythical red kryptonite. Should be fun.

It's funny that Dr. Hamilton said that the ship is made from the same alloy as the meteor rocks yet touching the ship does not affect Clark..

What is the whole Kyrptonite/Krypton relationship. This is for people who know alot about supermans past beyond smallville. Were people more human like on Krypton and once away from the rocks it made him super or were the people always elite? Any ideas?
 
no flights no tights.....I think something about his past will come up long before he learns to fly. They seem to be bringing that space ship up a lot. I dont think they would just drop the idea. Maybe an image of his parents would appear from it and he can talk to them or something...

I believe the story is that our Sun is different from the Kryptonian star and that's what gives him his powers. The Kryptonite i.e. meteors from the explosion of Krypton are also affected by the Sun in such a way that makes them radioactive to Kryptonians, but harmless to humans.

I think.

Well Smallville is a great show but certainly has taken a lot of creative license with the whole Superman story. In the comics Pete does find out about Clark (unknown to Clark) so I guess they are losely following that story line. And you know the comics Pete marries Lana. I'm waiting to seem them handle that in the show.

I like the way the show is going. It kind of follows the basic story but changes the details around which is good. I think Segal and Schuster (created the original superman) would be pleased because it is a basic theme that has a story that is passed down from generation to generation and the Superman legend keeps growing with new fans created with each movie or show (Lois & Clark, Reeves 50's show, cartoon, Smallville) and I think its great to have 70+ years of Superman so far.
 
Anyone have any websites on where to see pictures of Kristen Kruek or Lana Lang. Man she drives me nuts. Al the sites i found don't show any ass or chest.
