small dosages?

hey okay i was planning my test/eq at 400mg/400mg for 10weeks but probably delaying to longer than expected ,cause i wanna bulk and see where i get to but i was wondering

can i do a small dosage of t200 for 10weeks,just to see how my body adapts or just dbols .15mg a day for 4weeks?

would arimidex still be needed? can i just keep novadex on hand and clomid post theraphy?
 
Not sure what you're asking here.... Would this be like two separate cycles? The first being to see how you react to aas? and the second actually to bulk?

t200 to start with,see how my body responds..............

and than for test/eq i can wait about 1yr before starting this
 
yah but i dunno i just not even do that LOW DOSAGE save my $$ for the 400mg/400mg when the time comes

i wanna put some LBM right now before starting a cycle.............but i dont want to end up the way i was before the CUTTING DIET.......trust me u wouldn't either :/
 
So you going from a cutting diet to "The Ultimate Diet to Get Ripped". What was the difference between the two? Also if you're wanting to put on LBM putting on a little fat actually helps the process. What's your stats, how long have you been training, and what are you goals, be specific.

the diet to get cutt was called "THE ULTIMATE DIET TO GET RIPPED"

goin to bulk slowly now,anyway im just increase my protein intake mostly on red meat and keep carbs at 150ish

if i gain fat i wont care as much since il be doing a test/eq cycle down the road as a 1st and eq will get me vascular

I understand now. But don't expect to put on much mm. with only 150g of carbs. Your body has got to have fuel to work and with a CHO intake of around 150g you'll have an extremely hard time putting on weight. One question, just to get this straight, you're not on AS right now, you're doing this diet to put on size?
 
the diet i did that was to get from 16% to a decent % i am now around 10-12% or something

but i want to start gaining weight slowly mostly muscle before i hit the juice ......i dont want to put to much BF% again and end up at the point where i had to goin on a cutting diet


no this will be my 1st time juice ,planning to juice 5months from now or so
 
Just my .02 but you might try a diet that's 20% fat, 30% protein and 50% CHO. At your weight 3,000 clean kcal's should be good you might even try 2,500 if you're that worried about bf. Make sure the fats are good sources, flax seed oil, lean meats, natural PB. Clean carbs too, potatoes, yams, brown rice, veggies, whole wheat products. Try it for 4 weeks and see where you are. if you want drop me a line [email protected] or pm me.
