Why not just use a milk isolate, it's cheaper to boot and you get a nice dose of naturally occuring glutamine? The other alternative would be to add fat.
Proteinfactory and trueprotein both have high quality milk isolates.
wouldnt mixing the whey w/ milk slow digestion too? assuming he has a bunch of whey and wants to slow it down some.I would def only use fat free milk though.
thanks i think ill try the flax meal. I've tried casein which is somewhat similar to milk isolate but that shit just sat so heavy in my stomach i felt like i was gonna toss it for like and hr and that isn't gonna work. I can deal with bad taste but not the stomach upset. But i am going to order some of the milk isolate and give it a try. Thanks again bros.
Exactly, why use a whey when you have a cheaper protein source that can do the job without additions. I advocate a quality milk isolate because it contains all the microfractions without suffering the denaturation of a casein and provides the benefits of both sources.
