Ok, here we go.
First things first. I'm 26 years old, been lifting since I was 15. I've done 6/7 cycles. I never had a very fast metabolism, but when I was training hard and my diet was on check, I could get results, which would then be improved with a good cycle.
I did a stop in august last year (2005). I had a problem with an injection and decided to give a break. Since then I became a little bit sloppy (?), I didn't do any exercise at all, my diet wasn't too great either. I didn't put on great amounts of weight, but my body did change a lot. I must have added around 15 pounds, but my body composition totally changed. I noticed that I lost that hard look that I use to have when I was training, even if I wasn't using steroids. I didn't get REALLY fat or so, but my muscle/fat ratio did change a lot. So far I guess this is nothing unusual.
The thing is: I decided to go back training, since I was really missing it and my body was almost begging me. I began seven weeks ago. I began training every single day. Cardio every day, weight traning 3 times/week (2 muscle groups/day). Other than this, I've been dieting really hard. I cut all the junk foods and have been eating turkey, grilled fish, vegetables, lot of salads, never eat carbs past 5 pm, eat a lot of fruit and low fat yogurts. I cut pretty much on carbs and i usually take a week a day to go a little bit sloppy, eat a bar of chocolate or so. I even stopped smoking 2 months ago.
The thing is, and I'm pretty sure of this, my body is reacting MUCH slower to the positive changes I've done - hard training and diet - and I'm really not sure why. I really can't get lean no matter how I try. My body always seems bloated, like having an extra fat/water. I'm pretty sure my metabolism is much slower. Even if I'm not juicing, by the training and diet I'm doing I should be getting much better results. I will be starting a new cycle in a couple of weeks, tren/test cycle. Will this give the boost my body is needing?
The thing is, I was never the guy to do bulking cycles since my body doesn't really respond very well to them. Last cycle I was only doing one Sustenon 250/week along eq and tren and I had to change to one sust every ten days cause I was still getting too bloated, and I was doing proviron 50 mg ED. This is to give you an idea how my body reacts to certain compunds. I've achieved pretty good results with compunds like equipoise, winny, anavar and especially tren. I get vascular, I get really motivated, have my diet on check and my body really transforms. But I know i cannot get too close to gear like (too much) test. I've never done dianabol just because I know it wouldn't suit me and I get bloated just thinking of things like anadrol. I also did t3 and clenb, both together and separated with good results. I've also to add that I'm using a good thermogenic and I can't get a result from it. I've tried lots of thermogenics - and here I have to say a word to the big guys around here cause T-rex was just THE shit - and always got better results, even when doing less rated/weaker products than this one (ok, I'm using Lipo6. Don't go hitting on me, Af store guys. I do like your products, btw
)
Despite all this, I always got much better results than the ones I'm getting now.
I'm putting a picture of myself. This was taken on the summer of 2003. I remember I was doing some eq/winny.
So, after all: do you think my slow metabolism has to do with me stopping for so long? I'm mainly searching for 2 things: why I'm I "slower" than usually and, specially, how do I change this situation? Should I just wait and it will change by itself? Will my cycle give me the boost I need? Should I try anything like t3?
Just add your 2 cents on all this.
Obviously, any comment willl be appreciated, but I would definitely like to hear macro on this one. Any other knowledgeble guys are welcome. Well, everybody is
Thnx for your patience for reading all this crap.
