Anyone think I could get any benefit from this. I'm on a cycle and have started cutting with -200cals from my BMR as I'm shooting for adding more mass and cutting up a bit. As it is right now my arms ned size and I thought I would hit up with slin post workout on the day I workout my arms and then no more any other workout as I gain fat easy from it. I thought the arms session day I would eat +500-1000cals from my BMR, shoot 6iu slin post workout with 60g carbs and bump protyein this and the next day from 300 to 400g. Any thoughts? worth it???
