Slin once per week....

Anyone think I could get any benefit from this. I'm on a cycle and have started cutting with -200cals from my BMR as I'm shooting for adding more mass and cutting up a bit. As it is right now my arms ned size and I thought I would hit up with slin post workout on the day I workout my arms and then no more any other workout as I gain fat easy from it. I thought the arms session day I would eat +500-1000cals from my BMR, shoot 6iu slin post workout with 60g carbs and bump protyein this and the next day from 300 to 400g. Any thoughts? worth it???
 
i dont know much about slin, but after reading one of the moderators posts about it and one of the attacks he was having, i wouldnt try it. not trying to scare you, just be weary bro. gl
 
i've never run slin. from your post it sounds like you've run it before, so you know danger (hence not an issue).

all in all that plan sounds logical enough. give it a try and see if it works. if not, then you'll know first hand.
