When I step on slin I lower fatintake, I use huamlinR and do not eat fat for breakfast(pre workout) and not 5 hours post my injection. I eat maximum 50g fat per day, at the most. I eat more protein and try to eat small carb meal. This makes 2 problems for me. 1: It's hard to eat enpough calories per day when I',m using slin as I try not to eat too much fat. I do not like the idea adding some 30g fat to each meal in the evening just to get the 100g or more fat per day, it seems that would make me fat when using slin.
2; with the lower fat intake and higher carb/protein meals I get more constipated and the skin get very dry. I need lots of fat to hold my stomach in orders as I eat lots of fibers and slow Gi food and have a "strange" stomach since birth(it's very slow from I eat to get the shit out.."
What do you say, would you skip the slin or use less??
I take 10iu post workout right now, will be on for another 2 weeks. Or should I continue with this 2 more weeks then bump fat? Or maybe train less and omn the "off" days eat more fat?
