Slin and problems eating enough calories

When I step on slin I lower fatintake, I use huamlinR and do not eat fat for breakfast(pre workout) and not 5 hours post my injection. I eat maximum 50g fat per day, at the most. I eat more protein and try to eat small carb meal. This makes 2 problems for me. 1: It's hard to eat enpough calories per day when I',m using slin as I try not to eat too much fat. I do not like the idea adding some 30g fat to each meal in the evening just to get the 100g or more fat per day, it seems that would make me fat when using slin.
2; with the lower fat intake and higher carb/protein meals I get more constipated and the skin get very dry. I need lots of fat to hold my stomach in orders as I eat lots of fibers and slow Gi food and have a "strange" stomach since birth(it's very slow from I eat to get the shit out.."

What do you say, would you skip the slin or use less??
I take 10iu post workout right now, will be on for another 2 weeks. Or should I continue with this 2 more weeks then bump fat? Or maybe train less and omn the "off" days eat more fat?
 
Eating more fat on the off days is what I also do. I also recommend to use Humalog instead of humulin, so you can put fat in your meal sooner after the injection. Beware that the humalog peak is higher than that of humulin and that it kicks in after just 15 minutes. You can also add fats to your pre-sleep meal, something like lecithine + fish oil or flax seed oil + casein shake.

I've had some hypo one time in the evening, that was when I didn't get any carbs for 5 hours. Therefor I always eat some carbs before sleep, I do not seem to gain fat fromit anyway as my insulin sensitivity seems extreme. Even when cutting I could eat 60g carbs + 15g fat + 50g protein just before bedtime without any fatgain, sick but tjat's how I work. I eat this before bedtime:
1 hour before bedtime: 100g oatmeal, I put a lot of water in it and put it in the micro for a couple of minutes. 10g fishoil + 40g caseinprotein/wheyprotein mix 50%/50% + 500mg ALA. 1 hour later just before hitting the bed I eat 1 can of tuna. If I wake up iat night I eat caseinprotein.
