I have some humalog that has been sitting in my fridge for almost 9 months. I also have a unopened 1mg igf kit scientropin from synergy scientific that has been there as well just asking to be used...what are the shelf lives of igf and slin?

About a year and a half. And no slin will not go bad if it's left out of the fridge once in awhile. Old people who are diabetics leave it out all the time, I learned of this from a paramedic, it's bullshit hype.

Your Humalog has an expiration on it. Also never shake slin, roll it on your pant leg (thigh) before you use it. It can settle.

kept cold should be ok for some time. the insulin should have expire on it.
