I pretty much read most off the literature concering both products. I know that R-ALA or (Gluceroll) is more effective and is the pure form of ALA. One stupid question though...when I used to take ALA, I used to get really bad acid indigestion. Either at night or right when I took it. Even just one pill gave me heartburn. I could feel the "Acid " from the product. R-ALA however, doesn't give me any heartburn at all. I'll take 6- 8 pills a day and not feel a bit of acid whatsoever. I know this might be a stupid question, but if its in it's potent and purest form, why do I not get heartburn from it at all? I have read everythign that has to do with preventing cancer, liver values, and shutteling carbs into muscle cells. This is just a quesiton that i guess pretty much has to do with me, but maybe someone can give me a better explenation...thanks - str8cubano
