Sleeping on DNP

I need to hit a DNP cycle in a few and a a prob I had with my last two was sleep... don't care about WAKING up in a soaking bed, it's the falling asleep part that gets me.

Does anyone have any experience w/ taking Ambien with DNP? Would there be any theoretical side effects? (OTC sleeping aids don't do shit for me, melatonin doesn't either).

Only things I've used to help sleep while on DNP are valium and lortab- but both worked great! Ambien really put me to sleep and woke up feeling pretty refreshed but haven't used it while on DNP.

lot of people have good results with kava/valerian
though GHB or its precursors tend to work very well
though keep in mind GHB is VERY illegal in CA

Yeah, tried the herbals, don't do much for me... gonna stay away from G, but did manage to get my hands on some Ambien which is why I wuz wondering... can you think of any negative sides of that combo?

Don't know about getting to sleep, but i've been using 9 caps of z-mass before i go to bed along with a couple simply sleep tabs, and i could probably sleep through Jenna Jamison. My girlfriend says it takes her around 15-30 minutes to wake me up every morning. I've always been a good sleeper, but this is crazy. When I wake up I feel really good.

I had big problems sleeping while on DNP. I just smoked some herb and it helped a bit. I hear Melatonin is good, though it's not available where I live. Doh. I think I'll use GHB next time.
