Uh oh, I usually don't go to sleep until 11:30 or later. Never heard that one before.

That's what I'm saying, I don't even get home from work till around 11:30pm. So I don't go to bed till 12:30 or 1am. It's not affecting my gains..

Never heard that but I'm sure it has nothing to do with the time,

More with the first few hours of sleep (being that most aticles are written for people working typical 9-5 and sleeping to accomodate that)

Of course the first few hours would be the most beneficial. that when the body is the furthest in its sleep dept. Also it could also be an attempt that getting the first few hours in on a regular basis helps the body regulate it sleep patterns.

i get up at 5 or 530am every morning. I try go to sleep at 11pm, but often its later..is this really affecting my gains? I train FTITM, hence my reason for getting up that early
