It feels like I'm having stomach problems when I get it. I don't get it at all anymore, I only have maybe once or twice in my life. Right now, I will sleep 7 hours on the days before I lift, and nights before I lift I'll easily sleep 9-10 hours.
Weekends, I'll get around 11-12 on a Saturday. So, it is hard for me to get deprived of sleep. It is a bad thing though, I used to have insomnia and would be awake for hours at a time, but that is gone. Now I can't wake the f*** up.
