dang this is one of the worst feelings ever, I am living on about 3 hours of sleep a night at the minute, have been doing for 2 weeks and have about 2 weeks of it left, everything just slows down, no motivation for anything, I have been to the gym like 3 times in the last 2 weeks :worried:

In the same boat except I've been in the gym, my routine yesterday

Wake up at 4, eat, go to work

6am, eat

8 am, eat

Train back - Bent over Rows 315 x 7, DB Row - 150 x 8, Cable Rows - stack x 12

10am, eat

12 noon, eat, surf for 3 hours

3pm, eat

5pm, eat

Train 2 clients

8:30, eat

11, eat, fall asleep by 12, get up at 4 today

Never had a problem with sleep except maybe one bad night every so often.
Usually my own fault due to caffeene or concern about a work situation or such.

I did work 3rd shift for 2 years and that can give you the same feeling.
Sleeping 7 hours in the daytime is never the same a 5-6 at night..

lol, Tuc. are you wanting a serious comment about it? if so, here goes: youre probably getting yourself tired enough that youre having massive apneas and snoring really loud (like you dont already). youre also probably experiencing some sleep-onset-rem, which means youre getting considerably less SWS (stages 3,4 of sleep), which is where your biological recovery comes from.

solution. abuse barbituates. they dramatically suppress REM sleep.

About 2-3 warmup sets, then one real set, quick/efficient
and you've had good results with this method bro? In and out in what, 20 mins max? What are your stats? Powerlifter?

can't you spend the night somewhere else? one night away will recover most of the damage this sleep deprivation has done.

well I suppose I can, I stayed at my uncles a few days ago, but he is disabled so I don't wanna disturb him too much, I will find a way........the best always do

Going with no sleep is a lifestyle...I guess a person kind of gets used to not getting any. I average about 3 hours a night...and have for the past 5 years. But believe me it gets easier...only words of caution I have for you is be careful when you are driving and over tired. Otherwise...ephedrine works wonders when needing to bring on that 2nd win. If all else fails and you need a few extra z's...my house is always open...except for the 3 hours that I am sleeping....:) Good Luck!!

Why'd u get so little sleep!?

I struggle on anything less than 8 a night and the longer i go the more tired i seem to get.

Work...I guess. I usually put in around 12 hour days. And then mix gym time/training and personal life into the remaining 12, doesn't leave much time for sleeping, I guess. But then again, it isn't one of my highest priorities either. But like I said before I have been doing this for about 5 years, so my body is very used to it as well...so I don't feel tired too often.

Do they have those in England? I bet its called something gay like 'fish and milks' or something if they do.

Oh that's right.. I keep forgetting Tuc lives in englandland..

Sleeping pills over the counter- might get you thru this Tuc..

I am a severe insomniac and maybe sleep four or so hours most nights. Often I barely sleep at all. Sometimes I get spells where I can't sleep at all, worst one was four days without being able to sleep. I have just learned to go with the flow of it as I have been this way for 12 years. Last two nights I have gotten way less than four hours each night but am still doing fine.

Cheers,
