Sleep deficit

How many hours of sleep can you get by on and still feel energized? Starting from Sunday night( 4 days of sleep for those that can't add) I have gotten about 20-24 hrs. sleep. I am tired as shit. A lot of people claim to get this amount and function at optimal or near optimal levels. But I doubt many of these people work out intensely either.

I can function on about 5, but I need about 7 to actually feel good.

I dated a girl who said the same thing. She couldn't understand why I didn't like my phone ringing past midnight when I had to get up at 4:30A.M. She developed a heart condition, a very serious one, I don't know if she is still alive. Did the lack of sleep hasten this condition. I don't know.

I took Tylenol PM once when I wanted to go to sleep early. It was the worst thing ever! I hallucinated. It was crazy. It caused me to be up for days. I only took half the suggested dosage.

I'm never trying any type of sleeping aid again.

That's how much sleep i've been getting for past 2 months with work, school, gym and parties.
