SLEEP and GH Release ?

I have heard that while you sleep you release the most Growth Hormone. This may sound ignorant but....We are suppose to be drinking gallons of water right? (which I do) As a consequence I have to pee at least twice per night. Does this interfere with GH release and is it a good enough reason to supplement with GH?? For anyone using GH....Are you happy with it? What kind of results are you getting with it.

Looking for any good information on these subjects. Thanks.

THEY SAY YOU SHOULD GET AT LEAST 8 HRS OF UNINTERUPTED SLEEP EVERY NIGHT, SO IT MAY...WOULD U EVER CONSIDER TRYING ANY OF THE OVER THE COUNTER IGF-1 GROWTH HORMONE RELEASE PILLS...YOU TAKE TWO RIGHT BEFORE U GO TO BED, WHAT DO U THINK ABOUT THESE..THEY COST LIKE $50

Well, if you dont want to get up during the night, drink 75% of your water during the morning/afternoon/early night.

I dont know if it affects your GH release or not, im curious about that one also!
 
LIKE SUSPENSION SAID---I DRINK 95% OF MY WATER IN THE EARLY PART OF THE DAY---I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS SLEEPING 2HRS STRAIGHT WITHOUT HAVING TO GET UP AND DRAIN THE PIPE---
