There are several levels of evidence strongly indicating diphenhydramine can block the delayed rectifier potassium channel and consequently prolong the QT-interval, leading to cardiac arrhythmias, such as torsade de pointes.

Basically that French word means Ventricular tachycardia. It is a tachycardia, or fast heart rhythm, that originates in one of the ventricles of the heart. This is a potentially life-threatening arrhythmia because it may lead to ventricular fibrillation, asystole, and sudden death.
I use melatonin to sleep 10mg
Checkin out out n2sleep now, dylan. Reviews i've read so far say it pretty f'ing effective.
Reading up on bradycardia and finding all types of nastiness. Appreciate the nudge to research this.
Thx fellas.
sleeping meds are bad news. highly addictive. you start using those and you will be hooked for life. do you want to take them everyday for the rest of your life? NO you do not. so i highly recommend N2sleep or some sleepytime green tea instead. and even those should not be used nonstop either. but atleast they are not as addictive as sleeping drugs
I agree man, unfortunately I am on them. Went through a rough divorce. N2sleep is great stuff guys
