I did a search but I know most questions are coming from aspiring bodybuilders....I'm a chick looking to get down to 16-17% so....Will skipping a carb-up for 3 or so weeks do more harm then good? I honestly have no cravings and I'm feeling great, don't feel like getting all bloated from carbs and I don't want to go through the process of getting into keto again...I like seeing those sticks turn purple
