Skipping carb up on CKD

I did a search but I know most questions are coming from aspiring bodybuilders....I'm a chick looking to get down to 16-17% so....Will skipping a carb-up for 3 or so weeks do more harm then good? I honestly have no cravings and I'm feeling great, don't feel like getting all bloated from carbs and I don't want to go through the process of getting into keto again...I like seeing those sticks turn purple :D
 
try to carb up at least every other week if your goal is two get harder and more defined , i find that when i dont carb up i get really soft. try to carb up with balance bars low fat burgers ect, basicly mix fat, protein along with your usual carbs to minimize the insulin response thats where burgers and protien shakes with friut mixed in
