skinny and anadrol

I,m a guy who weight about 140 pounds :(
and i'm 190cm high i'm taking oxymetholone 50mg a day
for 2 weeks now with good meals and shakes

but WHY i Can't gain weight i train with enough weight
i have 20 tabs of proviron but what is that for stuff
i'm not sure what the use is

can someone help me

and advise me what is the safest way to take oxymetholone
the only gains i have are acne
 
If you can not gain weight on anadrol it is either fake or you have no hope of gaining with anything and you should find another hobby to take up your time.
 
what week on you on? I cant believe you are not gainingany weight. Has to be fake. If you dont know what proviron is you need to be doing a lot researching before you take any AS.
 
Bro I am having trouble gaining too. I started my Anadrol about a week and a half ago and I am also taking Fin. I started at 143.......One day I will step on the scale and weigh 151 and the next I am at 145....

Anyone that has trouble gaining weight while on anadrol probably has fake anadrol.
 
Even if his gear is fake he needs to be eating an assload of food and protein too, without that using gear won't gain him much... Am I not right?

Muscles are build on proteĂŻns, so if you don't take enough proteĂŻns. Well you will not gain much muscles!
 
Hey 21 INCH.....Can you give me the low down on your cycle and eating habits. I have been on Drol for about a week and a half but my weight is up and down. I am looking foward to my next few weeks.

Guys I need help please check out my thread....Anadrol & Fin problems........DESPERATE !
 
He said he's had some acne, so it's possible the tabs are something else passed off as anadrol. Are you experiencing any other sides? High blood pressure, headaches, nausea?

probably fake, even if you did not eat enouph, anadrol is notorious for bloating so it would caus water retention either way, and gains in weight would show.

how long have you been on? if its for more then a week with no gains then the shit is probably fake

i have used 6 different kinds of anadrol and never gained ANYTHING. i can say unimed is the worst!!!!! never take that shit. it isnt worth it. i took 4 per day right after i got it from the pharmacy here in cali. i didnt gain but 2 lbs in 3 weeks.

Holy sh*t! We've got a bro who's 5'10 and another who's 6'3" and they weigh a combined 280-290lb? WTF? EAT SOME FOOD!!! Sorry guys, but you should both be stuffing down close to 3500 cals/day and I'd be considering a good 40% of that to be coming from protien.

What's your guys diet like? Maybe that's where the problem is....
 
Whats up Digital....I am 5'10" and weigh 151, with low body fat. I have been really skinny my whole life along with the rest of my family. I just started about 6 months ago lifting for real. I went from 139 to 151 in a 2 weeks. My diet is pretty good but I still know that I could use more caloris and protein. I am currently at 2600 calories a day and at 160 grams of protein a day. At least at this point you cannot see my bones. I am pretty excited about the direction I am headed but gear is really really hard to come by in my area. I have not found a good source yet that I can trust. I am currently doing 1 Anadrol a day and I am crushing up 5 pellits of Finaplix and applying that to my skin eod. It is hard for me to get gear so I make do with what I have. I am looking for gear if anybody has a little extra on the side.:angel:
 
Zero, till you learn how to eat, don't take any AS. For one thing you are losing your money and wasting valuable AS. I weigh 175 at 5'8" and eat what you eat in a day by noon. You need to take in at least 250-300gm of protein and 400-450 gm of carbs, no wonder you are so damn skinny and can't gain weight. EAT!!!!
 
Stang, I know you are right. There are a few people I have done my research on and those are the only people I would get gear from. Gear is just tight around here and I hate waiting for the mail man if you know what I mean.

I know I need to kick up my protein...I just picked up a big jug of HEAVY WEIGHT GAINER 2500..Bro you have to remember I started at 139 so as I gain I need to increase my intake of protein and calories. I will keep you posted on my Anadrol/Finaplix cycle it is going great so far. Hopefully the rest of my gear will arrive soon.

bro you should be going through at least 5lbs of that powder a week and eating everything in sight, regardless of how much you weigh.

I really can't understand why you'd go to AS so quickly after starting training, especially since you made good gains on your own. You're still just learning how your body responds to the weights, why bother with the gear yet???? :confused:
 
Chris add some Primo

like 300 mgr/week. This works on a low calorie diet, even on low protein diet.
You will probably gain around 10 pounds in 10-12 weeks.
The advantage of Primo: even if having bad eating habits the gains will come for keeps.
Take your shots 2 cc every 5 days. This equals 3 cc/week.

The main purpose of Proviron is to up your own test level. So this mainly is given (with prescript of course) to people who's body does not produce enough Test.

ZeroCool, take this advice to heart. You aren't eating enough calories to be bulking. When you get to the end of your cycle and wonder why you only put on 10lbs, you've no one to blame but yourself. 1) 6 months of training is simply inadequete to prepare yourself for serious AS use. 2) If you put on all that weight without AS, why start now?

If you want to bulk think 25 cals/lb. In your case, that's 3775 cals/day or about 1000 calories more than you're eating now. Instead of spending all this time trying to find a good source or whatever, develop a good diet and stick to it. You'll get alot more out of it.

Ronin/Diesel..Thanks for the advice.....I will take it to heart for sure. I decided to start AS because I am tired of being skinny. Since I have such a low body fat the weight that I am putting on actually looks pretty good. I am going to kick it up to the next level with my eatin habits like your guys said. My main problem with food is I break out very easily so I do not eat junk food. I keep a pretty healthy diet and drink a boat load of water. I realize that I was not ready in the past for things I have done but I am going to keep with it and train hard. I have the ambition to start training harder and eating better. I am anxious and I think we can all relate to what I am saying. I have been skinny to long and am ready to make the change. I want to keep you guys posted about my cycle and am really not doing that bad. I will take the advice you gave and start kicking up my protein and calories. I am already up almost 10lbs and my strength is increasing as well.
 
Zero, I'm glad that you're going to make the effort to get a solid nutrtional plan to go with. Remember that diet is 75%-80% of bb. Keep us posted.
