Size question, need some insight

Ok I am asking a good questio here.

I started out about a month ago at 200lbs and probably 10-11% BF. After much cardio and dieting I am at a solid 190lbs and I dont know I probably have dropped 2-3% in BF??. I have lost no strength in my exercises and I have actually gone up in some areas. I am pretty sure I have lost no size in my arms. They have cut up a good deal along with the rest of me. My viens are out all over my forearms and my shoulders. Just this week I finally have started to see the vein that runs all the way down the bicep. I guess he was the last one who decided to come out and play.

I guess what I want to ask is...do you think 190 is too little weight for me being between 6' and 6'1? I am really loving these cuts and I am afraid that if I try and bulk back up I will lose them. I mean everything is getting ripped. I even noticed my lats were all divided up.

What do all of you think. I would like as much feedback as possible! Please help a brother out!!!
 
It really depends on what kinda look you are going for.

I know that a lot of people on this board will say that you are perfect right now, while others will say that you should continue to bulk and get to about 210 shredded.

In the end, however, you shouldnt give 2 shits about what everyone else says. Lift to make yourself happy, nobody else.

Is it possible to bulk back up right now while keeping my BF where it is? Should I just continue to eat ever sooo clean with just more volume? I do cardio for 45 minutes pretty intense 4x a week. Right now all I basically eat is chicken and tuna and beef.


What I am afraid yall are going say is that I will have to recut once I put on more weight.
 
There are things you can use to put on some size without getting bulking. Look into getting some 40mg anavar and/or primobolan depot.
 
Thanks Cubano but right now I have not crossed over to the dark side just quite yet. For now I guess my options are just eating more more and more or crossing.

Do yall think I would lose cuts if I used creatine?
 
Dam dog, we ain't on the "dark side" we just learned how to use "the force"!

Creatine bloats me a little bit. So I'd say yes.
 
Well I am happy with everything except my chest and I have changed my workout to blast my chest away but I am afraid since I am eating clean and cutting that I wont be able to make a real difference in it.

Honestly I would be very very happy if I had the cuts I have right now but weighed 200 lbs.
 
I would suggest you keep your eating habits the same, up the protein intake a little - and cut back on the cardio a little. If getting bigger is what you want to do. I think your fine, I am 6'2" @ 205.. so you probably look somewhat like me.

for the fitness model look. But I say 220-240(with decent bodyfat7-10%) for that intimidate the guys and still look good for the ladies. Anything bigger at your height and you will just intimidate guys and scare ladies and children, but hey youd be friggen huge.
 
Bro, this depends on YOU and only YOU. You have to think about what you wnat out of your physique and how you're going to get there. The more knowledge you ahv ethe more options you have so learn all you can about this game and yoou'll have all the weaponry needed to make goal oriented decisions. I'm 6'1 and have been over 260 pounds and was no where near big enough in my own eyes. I dieted down for a bit and didn't like the looks of things so I am now back on my quest for more mass...Hopefully surpassing 270 this time. All the while I was at 260 I was 10% body fat so you don't have to become a fat slob to get big, contrary to what is often preached. If you understand nutrition and cn stick to a tight, clean diet then there is no reason you should gain excessive fat while bulking. Evaluate your goals and listen to no one else. It's up to you.
