Why would you need a site? Can´t you just use a simple image program?

Actually, i don't really care what "size" the phot itself is, just the size of the file. Will this accomplish the same thing?

All you have to do is open the pic in the MS Image Editor and modify the size there.

You mean the space it takes up on the hard drive? Isn´t that where ZIP comes in? (I´m not a comp. genious as you can see)
