Site injections/sust

has anyone ever done site injections with sust? i did on monday in my biceps, that shit still hurts, i am supposed to do arms today....not sure about that one anymore.

I do it mixed with EQ .. I have seemed to build up a tolerance for it hardly no pain at all now..

Take a while but u'll get used to it. Try mixing w/eq or deca at a 50/50 ratio and then slowly increasing the sust while decreasing the eq/deca with each shot.
