Site injections....easy?

Gonna start a cycle with fina included so I am gonna have to shoot every day so I figured I'd have to learn to do site injections. When I do a quad. shot I use both hands, one to hold the shot and the other to aspirate, now if I do a site injection such as on my shoulder or tricep, how hard is it to hold the pin and aspirate at the same time with my free hand? It seems rather awkward and thus kinda difficult to be efficient at it.

And no, I don't have anyone to do it for me.
