ive been taking sus 250 for about 7 weeks now, every 4 days, and have put on around 10kg, every part of my body has grown except my calves, i was only doing them once a week, now ive started twice a week to try see if it helps.
im 24, ive been working out on and off for about 5 years, my natural weight is around 75kg, i started working out seriously at the start of this year, and got my weight up to around 85kg, then started this cycle, now im around 95kg now, with maybe 12-14% bodyfat, 6'1. ive only been measuring my arms calves and weight, ive put on a bit over an inch onto my arms up to around 16.5' now cold,
since i started the cycle, but my calves are still skinny at around 15.5'.
IVe had some noticeable strength gains, but nothing crazy.
i have been injecting into my quads alternatively without issue, but ive noticed my quads have gotten hell bigger, and i needed to by new pants because i couldnt fit into older ones, i have been focusing on my squats and been pushing myself on them, so it could be from that, but my question is, could it also be because im injecting into my quads?
i spoke with another guy from my gym who recommended me injecting into my calves, and apparently this helped him get bigger calves, could this help? or is it bullshit, i would have though the sus would get absorbed slowly and distributed through the body evenly.
