Don't have it, but it's hard to nail down due to the famous "everyones different theory". It depends on your size for one thing. I say usually up to 3ccs in the glute, 2-3 in quads, 1 in delts, tris, or bis. But there are guys who can handle a lot more in all of those areas, and some will have trouble with my suggestions. I personally don't mind injections so I always keep the amount shot low and spread with different sites. Hope this helps.
