I recently posted about my QV en250 hurting not just the site but my whole leg, so I did some research on this board and tried a new method with great results.
1) I shot in the morning instead of at night and this helped a lot. This way I was moving around instead of just going to sleep.
2) I switched from 23x1 to 25x1 and this had to help some.
3) I usually rub the area well but this time I spent an extra 30 seconds rubbing it in.
Just a couple of tips that really seemed to help b/c that QV en250 can really hurt.
