read someone stated site inject in quad eliminated knee pain when inject with deca soo.

will a shoulder injection with deca help with shoulder pain??

if so how much, where, stuff like that??

has anyone done this???

thanks in advance THE acneman

150-200mg/wk is generally more than enough if joint pain is all your taking it for. It will generally help no matter where injected but it also depends on what the pain is from.

thanks zyg
ill be stacking but if there was an advantage i would site inject because the thing that normally stops my routine is shoulder pain from a previous injury
ill just try to be careful about form

just be careful bro. deca does help in alleviating mild joint pains (i know because ive used this for this purpose and it does work)but in no way is it meant to heal an injured shoulder. if problems persist, u might want to see an orthepedist.

exactly, it doesnt matter where to inject either as the steroid will circulate in the blood throughout the whole body and reach the desired area

thanks p.t.
man im sick of doctors i went to a doc told him my elbow hurt on the inner part of the joint and said it hurts when i flex my bicept gess what he said "well dont do that"
this from an orthopedic surgeon
i told him he wasnt fucking funny and walked out. but any way shoulder is ok now but when im lifting regular i have a tendency to reinjur in that area just looking for some prevention

Basically what my doc said about my "tennis elbow" (even though I dont play tennis).

I checked into prolotherapy (do a google search on it) and had my first treatment thursday night. I got about 10 injections in the elbos and 20 in my shoulder. They inject lidocaine/dextrose into the legaments and tendons to cause inflamation which triggers the body to basically increase blood flow to the area which in turn allows them to heal and thicken.

ok two weeks spinnin this ball NO MORE PAIN my tennis elbow was gone 4 months later i was straight bar curling 110lb with no pain and that shit had been hurtin for almost a year.

it was the most amazing thing ive ever experienced

bottom line my doc called my prob. tennis elbow(i also dont play tennis) and this ball CURED it in two weeks its been over a year and a half
