i did it a while back and did it for a while. i mostly did it in my delts, pecs, and triceps and i must say i definately noticed a difference. i did 100mg every other day and alternated bodypart shots. maybe i just grew because it was in my blood but i really noticed a difference. did it for a while though too. as for when, i would do it after my workout as the site gets sore from the shots and i didnt wanna train when it felt sore
