I need someone to answer this question for me. Can someone get to single digits bodyfat with only gear and a good diet. I really dont like doing too much cardio but i know it is a tool to help cut. Do you know of anyone who did it without doing cardio?
 
Keepin it real - Lazy man's efforts yield lazy man's results.

Lifting weights 5 days a week and dieting is not lazy by any stretch of the imagination. Im sure i will keep up with my cardio workout, i just remembered doing a tren and winny cycle and my bodyfat got real low without cardio. I know the tren and winny helped get rid of some of the fat but my diet and weightlifting was great.
 
this is person dependant really ect vs endo. for most a good cut diet and short breaks in a high volume routine with the support of a mild cycle would work. an eca wouldnt hurt either.
 
Lots of factorscome into play here, but yes it can be done,diet spot on and good high intensity training @ least 5 days a wk
 
Yes you can. Clean diet. Calorie count and need you lean body weight. I did it last year for a contest with no cardio at all and won weight class and masters class.
 
Good idea. Take a bunch of drugs that damage the heart. Also, lift a ton of weight which puts a lot of stress on the heart. But, you know, don't do any cardio which helps keep the heart healthy. You got it down perfectly.

You must not have read all the previous post here man!!! Doing no cardio is not an idea of mine or anyone else. I just asked a question if anyone got to single digits with only weightlifting and clean diet. We all do some form of cardio if it's a treadmill,ellipitacl (cant spell)machine or running (HIT). Working out alone increase heart rate and is a form of cardio. So i think everybody here is doing good for their heart by working out and dieting.

you don't even need gear. just a solid diet. i know cause i've done it.. just changed my diet and did not workout at all.. but everyone is different and that might not work for a lot of people.

i lost 45 pounds in 6 weeks just changing my diet.. and no thats not a typo and yes a lot of people didn't believe me and said "thats impossible" but i have the pics to prove it.

plenty of water and a solid diet will do wonders.

but like i said it might not work for everyone and many people need more then just a change of diet to accomplish this goal.
 
It all really comes down to diet, not even th gear. Change your diet for the better and make it a lifestyle and over time you will drop your bodyfat, as long as there are no major disorders preventing you from doing so (thyroid disease and such). I have a hard time doing cardio due to the neuropathy in my feet, but I can jump on the bike from time to time. I just make sure to incorporate high intensity in my lifting. I don't think it's being lazy to change your diet for the better, but it's being lazy to use gear and expect it to do the shredding all by itself.

bingo. diet is so important.

you can do steroids and workout as hard as you want.. but if you eat pizza, oreo's and mcdonalds afterwards you wont get any results.

it really is true. I've lived it myself. and healthy foods are just as delicious as those greasy foods, and those foods make me sick even just the smell. i think veggies and lean meats and brown rice is a delicious meal..
 
So it can be done with a great diet[/B. Thanks for all the replies. I still do my cardio 3 times a week, im just trying to educate myself futher on diet and cardio.
