I thought I'd ask opinions on MY training program... I've posted stuff over on the training board before and those people are just dicks sometimes - for one reason or another - so I figured I'd post it here... Here goes:
MON - BACK/TRAPS/ABS
TUE - CHEST/SHOULDERS
WED - cardio/ABS
THU - BIS/TRIS
FRI - LEGS/ABS
SAT - OFF (maybe cardio)
SUN - OFF
actual program:
BACK:
5 sets deadlifts
4 sets wide grip pullups
3 sets dumbbell rows or t-bar rows
TRAPS:
2 sets up right rows
3 sets barbell shrugs
3 sets dumbbell shrugs
CHEST:
3 sets incline dumbbell press
2-3 sets flat dumbbell press
3 sets weighted dips
3 sets flat flyes
SHOULDERS:
2-3 sets seated dumbbell press
3 sets military press
3 sets dumbbell side laterals
2-3 sets rear laterals
BICEPS:
3 sets barbell curls
2-3 sets curls on incline bench
3 sets hammer curls on incline bench
3 sets reverse curls
TRICEPS
3 sets tricep press
3 sets french press
3 sets pronated grip tricep press
2 sets overhead dumbbell press
LEGS:
3 sets squats
3 sets leg press
3 sets leg extension
-3 sets standing calf raise-
-3 sets seated calf raise-
or
6 sets seated calf raise....
....
Let me know what you guys think, suggestions for changes or ANYTHING...
