Since ephedra is now safe to purchase, can I sell mine?

I vote yes. Set it up like a lemonade stand. Just sit at the edge of the sidewalk with a little table. Make cute signs. Just make little "grab bags" of pills and let people know that they may or may not contain ephedra. For $10 someone gets a little package of pills (multivitamins, ephedra, advil, clen, bc pills, prozac) and then they have to take everything at once and wash it down with a little dixie cup of crystal light.

get this shit. My town made it law so that in order to buy ephedra or psuedoephedra you have to sign for it and show a license. Meth is BAD here. BUT, I didn't think regular ephedra was used. Maybe i'm wrong, I don't know shit baout meth, just how bad it fucks you up.

I'm all for ephedra, love it. my town is going to far these days
