1 - be charming - do not speak more that 40% of the time - let her do most of the talking and really be interested in what she is saying. A good sense of humor can go a long way...try to pick at her a little but do not go overboard
3 - spontaneous - do not lock yourself into a particular plan for the evening - suggest the unexpected......try to be loose and just let things happen - son't force them

Ok, women falli in love with me all the time 
, so here's what you do...
Ask openended questions, and then shut the fuck up. Nod, grunt, say "ok" or "yeah", laugh when appropriate, etc. Listen carefully to what they have to say, and base your conversation on things that interest them If you're too dense to do that (or in my case, lazy) just stick with the openended questions, and keep your mouth shut for the most part.
Just ask and listen. If you get that down, everything else is a piece of cake.

I'm not sure there's anything that one can do or say to make me fall for them. Sometimes there's just a connection with someone-- an energy. I mean for romantic love. I love my friends and family dearly for a million reasons but every once in a while you meet someone and there's a spark and it's like magic....but i can't be forced.

great ideas but you are either charming or you aren't. From what I have seen it isn't something that can be learned or thought.

great ideas but you are either charming or you aren't. From what I have seen it isn't something that can be learned or thought.

I disagree. Being charming just takes practice. you can learn:
1 - not to blather on about yourself
2 - pick at her, make fun of in a funny way
3 - do not talk about your ex
4 - compliment her.
....alll the above are things that a person can make a conscious effort to do or not to do.
