Simple Cycle - Any Good?

This is my first post so please go easy on me. I have read all the rules but may make a mistake but also want to say that this is the best source of bodybuilding info I've found on the net.

I have been searching the boards and archive but haven't been able to find an answer for my specific question.

(Background) I have been lifting on and off for a few years. I decided to get serious about two years ago. I am 35, 5'10 and 190 lbs. When I started I weighed 165 and could barely bench my body weight.

Anyway, I hit a plateau and decided to try something new. I only have access to Test Cyp, HCG and Chlomid (nothing else).

I thought about using 200mg of cyp for 10 weeks, 200 mg of HCG every 3 days for two weeks and 50 mg of chlomid for 5 days about two weeks after my last shot.

Is this combination worth doing and I doing it correctly? What can I expect as far as gains provided I follow a good training plan and diet.

Any help from you all is very appreciated.

Thank you.

you might want to "up" the dosage on the cyp a bit... reason: by introducing extra test to your system your body will shut down your natural production, and 200mg/week isn't all that much. i'd think that 300-400mg/week would be a better dose.

10 weeks would be a nice duration for a cycle. if you eat right, train hard and rest you will make some pretty good gains. as for the HCG and clomid. those are for post cycle to help get your nads back into working order. i'd think a 1-1.5 weeks after your last cyp shot start the HCG.... once you finish with it run the clomid 100mg/day for 10 days and follow up with 50mg/day for at least 10 days (longer if need be, but i doubt it.) with a lose dose cycle like this you could probably do without the HCG and be just fine.

i would get some anti-E's (nolva at the very least, but it never hurts to have some arimidex/femera/aromasin around) JUST incase you get gyno symptoms. on your first time useing something, you dont' know how your body will react, so i always think its better to have the anti-E's around and not need 'em than to need 'em and not have 'em.

goodluck with it. keep us updated on your progress.
