Sweet ass Tai Chi link. I'm back to doing a basic routine 3 x a week. Great for centering the mind and body.

it takes 10 years of tai chi or meditation to achieve fluent chi flow through your body, THEN you can start manipulating it

apparently :D

either way im still going for it.....its soo damn hard to learn hard styles alongside a 128 part pattern (or something)..
 
read it somewhere when researching chi and its manipulation

a lot of stuff i read said that you had to achieve fluent flow of it, i only saw one or two things that said10yrs

my instructor gives similar figures for being able to manipulate energy. it took me years to feel the mere sensation. but i suck so there ya go :D
 
guys does this kind of practice have to be silent?


what I am asking is there any type of practice like Tai Chi that incorporates the use of harmonics?

like using you voice as part of the exercise?
 
I like the site.

But to be honest I don't believe in the concept of 'chi'. It reminds me of the belief in 'God'. People say you must "know" and "feel" 'chi' before you understand it --- reminds me of Christianity.

Having said that, 'chi' is a useful concept and it's not as corrosive as 'God'.
