Customs sent me a form that I would agree that they can confiscate these items. Should I send back the agreement letter signed?

Think about this... if you didn't order them and you don't know what they are talking about... why would you sign anything? You're not required to take any action....so why take one?

no. but hang on to the letter(and the envelope it came in to be safe). most reputable suppliers will guarantee shipment if you can prove it was seized .sorry about your luck.

no you fucking idiot! can you comprehend what you read? not to be an asshole, but why the hell would you return the letter to customs? deny that you even ordered anything. they have nothing on you but your word. and if your word is that yes, you indeed did order something, then you are going to go to jail. take our advice. most of us have been in this game for quite awhile. you don't need to ask the same question 14 different ways

Scan the letter and mail to your supplier in order to receive refund. Do not reply to customs guys, throw the letter away, change PO BOX addy and stop ordering International for a while.
