Siatic nerve

Have any of you had any problems with your Siatic nerve and what was the best treatment. I have been to a Chiropractor for several visits and it's not much better. Thanks.
 
Is the problem because if an inject in the glutes or just something thats always bothered you. My first inject this season, i pinched the sciatic never that runs through the glutes (somebody on this board had a great picture of the nerves running through the gluutes, anyway...) and I had the worst pain up my leg and under my left armpit where the armpit meets the breast.

all i did is take aleve and go in the hotub. try a warm bath if this is something temporary.

help this helps!
 
Hey bro, I had messed my sciatic nerve up big time over a year ago. Visits to the chrio, time and a lot of tylenol and some light exercise. It took a long time but it will heal. Be sensible and patient.
 
Yah, did you see a doc, an orthopedic???

I forgot to metnion I did that, but all he did was give me tyl 3.
 
I do an exercise for mine that hurts like hell but it helps.
Lay on your back on the floor, use a rope or yoga strap and put it on the bottom of your foot close to the toes, bring one leg at a time straight up in the air knees locked in place, then pull the rope tight bringing the toes and top of the front toward your face as far as possible. It feels like having a toothe pulled without medicine to numb it but after a week or so it helps a lot. You can do it as often as you like at least twice a day. Good luck...
