Shrooms are OVER THE COUNTER in Holland. They have special shops to by them in, called (of course) Smart Shops. The mushrooms come packaged in styrofoam containers with cling wrap, just like cuts of meat or vegatables at the grocery store, so you KNOW they are fresh.

Also, they are categorized by the hallucinogenic effect.
