First of all I would like to comment on the quality of the posts and member profiles I have read on this board. That is why I decided to join and ask for advice from all of you. Here is my story:

For the first 35 years of my life, like most of America, I was/am overweight and lived an unhealthy lifestyle. Just over a year ago I was involved in a life changing accident. After many months of pain, depression, isolation, mental and physical therapy, I came out swinging and vowed to make myself a better person. I was lucky to find the mental direction I needed, but my physical direction has been sporadic. I gained a crap load of weight and topped at about 310 (btw I'm 6'0"). I went to a private trainer who is a amateur powerlifter and after a couple of months we quickly bonded and trusted eachother enough to discuss enhancements. I started on a six week cycle of tren acetate. After six weeks off, I started a cycle of deca and test. I'm off that cycle now and the last few weeks my mentor has been very unreliable (missing training sessions, billing discrepencies, etc). I feel like I'm on my own now. I've been doing research trying to find a good source. NO, I'm not asking any of you for a source. I have not earned the priviledge or the trust to be so bold, maybe someday. I found what I believe is a trustworthy site that deals with some research chemical weight loss aids. I have just bought a vial of clen and of T3. It is in liquid form with a dropper, but understandably does not contain human dose recommendations. I have been given advice on a half a dropper of each, but not sure if it should be taken once a day or several times. 1 Pipette/Dropper = 1ML. I have made progress in weight loss and strength gain the last few months. I weigh about 275 and around 25% body fat. I have a loooong way to go, but I am determined to get the best body I can. This is no B.S., I have pics of me in the hospital and just before I started with the trainer if you want to see. Any advice, questions, constructive criticism, guidence, butt kicking any of you will give will be taken seriously and gratefully. Thanks.

First of all I'm not sure stimulants are the way to go right now. Clen and T3 are polishing drugs, a way to shed that last 1 or 2% of bodyfat that a good diet and regular cardio won't shake. Unfortunately people buy these drugs to drop high bodyfat, problem is you're going to have to use them for far too long to get where you want to be. When these drugs are used for a prolonged period they not only lose their effectiveness, causing you to use more, but can cause permanent damage to the systems they alter. This in particular applies to the T3. If you have an underactive thyroid go to a doctor, don't try to manipulate this yourself. If you have a fully functional thyroid you won't after 6 months on T3. When you stop using the T3 you'll be stuck with an underactive thyroid. If you think you know fat now just wait till you're living with a slow thyroid. You have too far to go for this to turn out anything other then bad. This also applies to the Clen, it'll just be different systems but the end result will be the same. If your trainer suggested these drugs at 25% BF he is an idiot.
As you probably know there are no shortcuts. Well there are shortcuts, but not at the bodyfat level that you're at. You need patience, the longer it takes you to get rid of it, the longer it'll take to come back. Using shortcuts at this point will leave a trail of shortcuts for the fat to return from.

It's far too soon for you to be using this, but after you've gotten to 15% or so naturally if you still wanted to use the Clen this is how you could . . .

Somewhere on the bottle of Clen it should say how many mcg/ml the product is. Even if it doesn't there's a system that can be implemented to determine what dose works best for you.
Anytime someone uses Clen for the first time they should work their way up to their planned daily dose to determine their tolerance. This applies to pills as well as liquid.
We will conservatively assume a completely filled dropper is a dose of 125mcg. Use a syringe to draw out the clen.
Fill the syringe .25cc's, this will be one days dose.
Next day add another .10cc, this will give you .35cc's.
Continue adding .10cc everyday until you start to feel the effects - shakes, rise in body temperature, difficulty sleeping, etc.
It's not likely you'll be going over a full 1cc, although it could happen. Typically we won't go much over 100mcg per day
These numbers are not etched in stone, but you should get the idea, we're taking baby steps.
You should use the Clen in a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off manner. I would not do more then 3 two week courses in a six month period. Although there is some debate about this, most find this works well for them.

GENARR3 has it right on the money.

at this point, i dont believe drugs are the answer.
practice more consistency bro.
and youre still overweight so the body will respond quite nicely to a low cal diet/training routine.

Thanks for replying!

Does this go for any type of enhancements? Even strength gainers? As I said before, the trainer I was working with is a powerlifter and I'm sure you know, many powerlifter have the distended bellies. That I don't want!!! Should I throw his advice out the window? I've also heard so many different theories on diet and training routine. Is it the more protein the better, or 2 to 1 carbs to protein/fats? Have you found circuit training works well, or breaking the body parts up and working them out once a week?

Grats on changing your lifestyle and working towards being fit bro. Like you about a year and a half ago I was 260lbs and 29 to 30% BF. For over a year I did (and listing here in my opinion in order of importance) very clean sensible diet, tons of intense cardio and strength training. I am now at 185 and 14.5% BF. After a ton of research then I have started on the journey of trying to add muscle and then further reduce BF. I think the bros above are right on the money man.........just be patient and work hard and it will come off. Once you have diet and training in check and are closer to your goals THEN you can use some of the things you mention to get over the hump. my 2 cents...worked for me

Thanks. Your story is an inspiration. Are you still loosing weight and body fat or is it loosing body fat and gaining weight/muscle? Does that make sense?

I'm a sponge right now, I will soak in all the info I can get.

Well lol right now bro I feel like I am in a holding pattern. I have maintained for awhile now though and thats cool. I am getting ready to hit my first simple cycle to get over a bump so to speak. As I said other than some supps I used nothing until just recently .........just read here a LOT and asked questions. You will find all the answers you need here as long as you understand the rules and ask the right questions. As I said be patient and learn. The point you are at right now diet is everything in my opinion. Hit the cardio hard and lift as well. You will do just fine.........btw thanks for the kind works......K comin your way
